Hummus Spread
Ingredients:
3/4 cup. Spanish olives, pitted and chopped
2 containers (7 oz each) plains hummus
2 Tbsp. Greek vinegar
Procedure:
1. On 8- or 10 inch serving plate, spread hummus.
2. Mix olives and vinegar, spoon over hummus. Sprinkle with parsley
3. Serve with Rovira Export Soda Crackers or Tempting
