Smoked Salmon
Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 box (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 plus 1/8 cups Half & Half
  • 1/4 cup. sour cream
  • 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz. Smoked salmon

Procedure:

  1. Blend cream cheese, half & half and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Mix in dry soup mix, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Fork-mix in the smoked salmon, leaving large chunks
  4. Serve with Rovira Export Soda Crackers or Tempting.
